Synopsis:
Years after cancellation, the stars of the television series Galaxy Quest cling to their careers. Paramount Home Entertainment has officially announced and detailed their 4K releases of ‘Galaxy Quest’ in celebration of the film’s 25th Anniversary. The film will be available to own in a standard 4K Ultra HD release and in a Limited Edition 4K UHD Steelbook beginning December 3, 2024 newly remastered under the supervision of director Dean Parisot and featuring Dolby Vision and Dolby Atmos. Fox has officially announced that they have renewed the Tim Allen starring sitcom ‘Last Man Standing’ for an eighth season (and its second season on Fox following the ABC cancellation). 
Some truly fantastic news today for fellow fans of the Tim Allen sitcom ‘Last Man Standing’. After recent reports of deals being in the works to bring back the fan-favorite series ‘Last Man Standing’ which was canceled by ABC one year ago, FOX has now officially announced that they have resurrected the series which will return with a seventh season on FOX during the Fall 2018-19 season. 
As the flood of TV renewals and cancellations have begun coming in with the network upfronts right around the corner, ABC has made final decisions on two of their long running sitcoms. ‘Modern Family’ has been granted a two season renewal following some contract closures, while the Tim Allen starring comedy ‘Last Man Standing’ has now been officially cancelled by the network.
