Synopsis:
Anna Faris and Emmy® and Oscar® winner* Allison Janney star in this hilarious and heart-wrenching comedy from executive producer Chuck Lorre (The Big Bang Theory). Christy (Faris) is still sober and has her life mostly back on track, though she’s continually tested by her mother, Bonnie (Janney). Together, the two work to overcome their mistakes and build a better future. Now, Christy is well on her way to becoming a lawyer, while Bonnie is in a healthy romantic relationship and has just married Adam (William Fichtner). Through it all, they rely on their support system from AA, including the wise Marjorie (Mimi Kennedy); the wealthy and sometimes misguided Jill (Jaime Pressly); the overly emotional Wendy (Beth Hall); and Bonnie’s foster sister, Tammy (Kristen Johnston), who was recently released from prison. Some mildly surprising news today regarding NBC’s popular sitcom ‘Superstore’ as it’s been announced that series star/executive producer/director America Ferrera will be departing the series after the currently airing fifth season.

Some outstanding news today for fans of the police sitcom ‘Brooklyn Nine-Nine’ as NBC has just renewed the series for an eighth season months ahead of the season seven debut. 
Warner Bros. Home Entertainment has officially announced and detailed their DVD and Digital releases of ‘Fuller House: The Complete Fourth Season’. The latest season of the family sitcom will be available to own on DVD in a 2-disc set or on Digital beginning December 17, 2019. Some unexpected and fantastic news today for fans of the comedy series ‘A.P. Bio’ which was recently cancelled on NBC as NBC has now uncancelled the sitcom which will return for a third season on NBC Universal’s upcoming streaming service. 
Warner Bros. Home Entertainment has officially announced and detailed their Blu-ray and DVD releases for ‘The Big Bang Theory: The Complete Twelfth and Final Season’, and ‘The Big Bang Theory: The Complete Series’ collection releases. Each will be available to own on both formats beginning November 12, 2019. NBC has finally made a decision on its remaining batch of shows from last season, officially cancelling freshman comedy ‘Abby’s’ and freshman dramas ‘The Village’ and ‘The Enemy Within’, as well as recently pulling on the plug on ‘A.P. Bio’ after 2 seasons. 
We also have some slightly belated news from ABC who following their flurry of other announcements on Friday have now recently also announced the renewals of popular comedy series ‘The Goldbergs’ and its spinoff series ‘Schooled’ for the 2019-20 season. 
CBS has now joined in with some additional casualties from their sitcom lineup, officially cancelling comedy shows ‘Life In Pieces’, ‘Fam’, ‘Happy Together’ and ‘Murphy Brown’. 
Some great news for fellow fans of the Matt LeBlanc starring CBS sitcom ‘Man With A Plan’ as CBS has now officially renewed the series for a fourth season. 
ABC has announced another couple of casualties from its lineup as the network has now officially canceled comedy series ‘Speechless’ and ‘Splitting Up Together’. 
A double dose of good news today for fans of the ABC sitcom ‘Black-ish’ as the network has officially renewed the series for season 6, while additionally ordering the Rainbow spinoff series ‘Mixed-ish’. 
Fox has officially announced that they have renewed the Tim Allen starring sitcom ‘Last Man Standing’ for an eighth season (and its second season on Fox following the ABC cancellation). 
With the Fall TV season on its way to concluding and plans for this upcoming Fall on the networks already in the works, Fox has announced two new casualties from their lineup, pulling the plug on the sitcom ‘Rel’ and the Marvel series ‘The Gifted’.
