DEG Watched At Home Top 20 List For 10/29/20: After We Collided, Back To The Future Trilogy
Welcome to the latest edition of our weekly ‘DEG Watched at Home Top 20 List’ posts where we continue to keep you updated on all of the most popular movies and television shows watched at home each week, always compiled and released by the Digital Entertainment Group and hopefully providing everyone with some fresh ideas for your home viewing. This week’s new ‘DEG Top 20’ list for October 29, 2020 sees the romantic film ‘After We Collided’ taking over the top spot, while the ‘Back to the Future’ trilogy arrives on the list in second. ‘Ava’ continues to hold its spot in third, while ‘Hocus Pocus’ moves to fifth as the ‘Harry Potter 8-film Collection’ shifts to fourth. The list also sees the Halloween content remaining popular and some new titles still appearing on the list for the first time such as ‘Happy Halloween, Scooby-Doo!’ which makes its debut at fourteenth. The Flintstones: The Complete Series is boulder-sized fun for the whole family. Fans of all ages will crack up at the misadventures of the Flintstones and Rubbles, who consistently find themselves caught between a rock and a hard place. Living in the suburbs in the town of Bedrock, Fred Flintstone is a devoted husband who is employed at the Slate Rock and Gravel Company. He is married to Wilma, a smart, strong-willed red-headed beauty. Their next-door neighbors and friends are Barney and Betty Rubble. The four of them are always involved in variety of hilarious shenanigans of every-day living. Although they live in pre-historic times, they have modern conveniences but they are made from stone age materials and mainly powered by animals. Since the stone age, The Flintstones has delivered entertainment that never shales to delight each new generation. And now, all 166 episodes are available for the first time in high definition. So grab a Bronto burger and Cactus Coola, and settle in to watch the first primetime animated television series and celebrate 60 years of history in the making. Synopsis:
David and Hannah Cashman have promised their family a fun Christmas getaway, but when they arrive at a grand, old house in the snowy woods of Washington and are greeted by familiar construction foreman, the kids realize their parent’s plan to make it a working vacation; renovating the place in the hopes of flipping it. Alicia, the eldest, is annoyed but the younger kids are soon distracted when, wandering through the creepy mansion, they find a stash of old toys in an abandoned playroom and take to them instantly. Before long, they seem to be inseparable from their new playthings, much to the consternation of their nanny Rose who, along with Alicia, senses that something in the house is not quite right. As stranger and stranger things start to happen, Rose and Alicia have a hunch that there may be more to the history of the old house than the Cashman’s are letting on. Can the family escape with their lives – or will they stay forever in the crumbling house, never to celebrate another Christmas again?
