DEG Watched At Home Top 20 List For 10/29/20: After We Collided, Back To The Future Trilogy 1Welcome to the latest edition of our weekly ‘DEG Watched at Home Top 20 List’ posts where we continue to keep you updated on all of the most popular movies and television shows watched at home each week, always compiled and released by the Digital Entertainment Group and hopefully providing everyone with some fresh ideas for your home viewing. This week’s new ‘DEG Top 20’ list for October 29, 2020 sees the romantic film ‘After We Collided’ taking over the top spot, while the ‘Back to the Future’ trilogy arrives on the list in second. ‘Ava’ continues to hold its spot in third, while ‘Hocus Pocus’ moves to fifth as the ‘Harry Potter 8-film Collection’ shifts to fourth. The list also sees the Halloween content remaining popular and some new titles still appearing on the list for the first time such as ‘Happy Halloween, Scooby-Doo!’ which makes its debut at fourteenth. AFTER WE COLLIDEDBACK TO THE FUTURE TRILOGY & MORE JOIN THE DEG’S “WATCHED AT HOME TOP 20” LIST

Romance heats up the DEG’s “Watched at Home Top 20” list with After We Collided debuting at No. 1 and Then Came You at No. 16. The time-traveling adventure Back to the Future Trilogy, which celebrated its 35th anniversary, joined the chart at No. 2, along with the following new titles: WWII drama A Call to Spy and Tremors: Shrieker Island, at Nos. 18 and 19, respectively. The Halloween trend continued, with new entrant Happy Halloween, Scooby-Doo! (No. 14), joining holiday classics Hocus Pocus, Halloween and The Nightmare Before Christmas.

DEG compiles the ‘Watched at Home Top 20’ list with the most widely consumed titles on disc and digital during the previous week (except for outside subscription-based streaming platforms). Assembled with the newest studio and retailer data every seven days, it showcases current consumer enthusiasm for home viewing of the newest film and television releases.
