‘American Gods’ Cancelled By Starz
Some unfortunate, yet not entirely surprising news yesterday as Starz officially cancelled their original series ‘American Gods’ after three seasons, leaving the series in a cliffhanger following the third season’s finale. The cancellation isn’t a huge surprise considering the show’s troubled reputation along with significantly dwindling viewership season to season. Rumors have been mentioned about the possibility of a TV Movie to conclude the show properly, although whether or not that will actually come to light is another question.

‘Mr. Mayor’ Renewed For Season 2 On NBC
The freshman sitcom ‘Mr. Mayor’ starring Ted Danson and Holly Hunter won’t be ending its run just yet as NBC has officially renewed the show for a second season shortly after it concluded its shortened freshman season.

‘The Not-Too-Late Show with Elmo’ Renewed For Season 2 on HBO Max
HBO Max has now officially renewed their family talk show ‘The Not-Too-Late Show with Elmo’ for a second season which should be great news for audiences who enjoyed Elmo’s take on the late night talk show. The series first premiered last May as one of the first HBO Max Originals to launch and season one is now available to stream on the premium service.

CBS Renews ‘The Equalizer’, ‘FBI’ & ‘FBI: Most Wanted’
Over the last couple of weeks CBS has officially renewed a handful of their current drama series for the upcoming 2021-22 season. The renewals include ‘The Equalizer’ reboot for a second season, along with ‘FBI’ for season 4 and spinoff ‘FBI: Most Wanted’ for season 3.
