Synopsis:
The old rules of the Purge are broken as members of an underground movement, no longer satisfied with the annual night of anarchy and murder, decide to overtake America through an unending campaign of mayhem and massacre. No one is safe. On the morning after the Purge, a masked gang of killers attacks a wealthy Texas ranching family and their workers. Exposed by daylight, the two groups are forced to band together and fight back as the country spirals into chaos and the United States begins to disintegrate around them. Universal Pictures Home Entertainment has officially announced and detailed their home entertainment releases of ‘The Forever Purge’. The latest installment in ‘The Purge’ franchise will arrive home early on Digital September 14, followed by the 4K Ultra HD, Blu-ray and DVD releases on September 28, 2021. USA Network has now officially cancelled ‘The Purge’ and ‘Treadstone’ series, both of which were based upon blockbuster Universal film franchises (‘The Purge’ and ‘Jason Bourne’ respectively).

Universal Pictures Home Entertainment has officially announced and detailed their home entertainment releases for ‘The First Purge’. The fourth installment in the franchise; the prequel will arrive home early on Digital beginning September 18, followed by the 4K Ultra HD, Blu-ray and DVD releases on October 2, 2018. A 4-Movie collection with all of The Purge films will also be made available on Blu-ray and DVD.
