It’s that time again, although this year has certainly been drastically unlike any other in recent memory and the world of film has been changed dramatically to accommodate the lack of theaters open. Fortunately, while there may have been significantly fewer big blockbusters than usual seeing a release this year, there was still no shortage of great films released during 2020 in one way or another. As is usually the case, there are many that I haven’t yet had the pleasure to check out, but based on what I’ve seen over the year I’ve once again compiled the ten best films of the year in my opinion. Welcome back to another new edition of our weekly ‘DEG Watched At Home Top 20 List’ posts where we keep you updated on all of the most popular movies and television shows watched at home, always compiled and released by the Digital Entertainment Group. This week’s Top 20 list for September 17, 2020 once again sees the top five spots held by all three seasons of ‘Yellowstone’ in the top three, with ‘The King of Staten Island’ moving up one spot to fourth as ‘The Tax Collector’ drops to fifth. Some new titles appearing on the list this week include the Pauly Shore starring ‘Guest House’ debuting in seventh, along with ‘Superman: Man of Tomorrow’ which swoops in at twelfth.
