‘Roseanne’ Cancelled By ABC Following Barr’s Offensive Tweets; Upcoming Eleventh Season Scrapped
Following some innapropriate and racist tweets by Roseanne Barr that has already made news headlines, and the subsequent announcement from Wanda Sykes that she would not be returning to the show, ABC has now stepped up and officially canceled ‘Roseanne’ which includes scrapping plans for the previously renewed eleventh season. While it should come as no surprise following Tuesday’s premiere ratings for the revival of ‘Roseanne’ which were nothing short of phenomenal these days, ABC has now officially renewed the revival series for a second season (or an 11th season overall).
