Some huge news today from NBC who has given 3 season renewals to four of its shows; renewing ‘Law & Order: SVU’, plus the Chicago Trio (Chicago Fire, P.D. and Med) all for three additional seasons each. 
We have some recent news regarding the fates of a handful of NBC drama series as the network announced Wednesday and Thursday that they have officially renewed five additional shows for the upcoming 2018-19 fall season including ‘Blindspot’, veteran series ‘Law & Order: SVU’ and all three Chicago dramas. 
Following the recent flood of renewal and cancellation announcements from the networks, NBC has now officially unveiled their upcoming Fall 2017 schedule which includes very few new shows, but does feature the return of Must See TV On Thursdays led by ‘Will & Grace’ and anchored by ‘This Is Us’, along with ‘Superstore’ & ‘The Good Place’ moving to Tuesday, ‘The Blacklist’ to Wednesday and more. NBC has officially announced the fates for a few of its drama series’ today, officially renewing ‘Blindspot’, ‘Chicago Fire’, ‘Chicago Med’, and ‘Chicago PD’ for the 2017-2018 Fall season, while also pulling the plug on the time travel series ‘Timeless’ after one season.
