Synopsis:

Warner Bros. Home Entertainment and DC have officially announced and detailed their releases for ‘Batman: The Long Halloween, Part 2’. The second part of the new DC Animated Movie will be available early on Digital beginning July 27 and followed by the Blu-ray release on August 10, 2021. Warner Bros. Home Entertainment and DC have officially announced and detailed their releases for the latest DC Animated Movie. ‘Batman: The Long Halloween, Part One’ will arrive on Blu-ray and Digital June 22, 2021. No 4K Ultra HD release is planned for Part One, but it will be available in 2022 paired with the Part Two film. Warner Bros. Home Entertainment and DC have officially announced and detailed their releases for the next DC Animated Movie, ‘Batman Soul of the Dragon’. The new film will be available to own early on Digital beginning January 12, followed by the 4K Ultra HD and Blu-ray releases on January 26, 2021. Warner Bros. Home Entertainment and DC Entertainment have officially announced and detailed their releases of the Interactive Movie ‘Batman: Death in the Family’ which will be headlined by the interactive feature and also include recent DC Showcase animated shorts along with more. ‘Batman: Death in the Family’ will be available on Blu-ray and Digital beginning October 13, 2020. While some sites have reported a 4K Ultra HD release and a September street date, that doesn’t appear to be the case and only a Blu-ray and Digital release were confirmed. We have some fantastic news for diehard fans of Batman: The Animated Series who haven’t yet had a chance to order their copy of the upcoming Limited Edition Blu-ray box set. As many may have noticed, Amazon, Best, Buy and other retails stopped taking orders for the release recently and it appears it was due to the overwhelming demand for the set which had already reached its limited count of 30,000 units. In order to accommodate the overwhelming demand for the this highly anticipated release, Warner Bros. Home Entertainment has now announced that they have more than doubled the initial number of copies, expanding the run to 70,000 units. Following their inital announcement during this year’s Comic-Con, Warner Bros. Home Entertainment and DC Entertainment have sent over a press release detailing their upcoming release of ‘Batman: The Complete Animated Series’ on Blu-ray. The series will be available to own at last on Blu-ray in a Deluxe Limited Edition Box Set (as well as via Digital) that will be limited to 30,000 numbered copies and available beginning October 16, 2018.
