Synopsis:

Using her expertise as a documentary filmmaker, Mallory digs into Alex’s shadowy past and begins to unravel a decades-long mystery steeped in trauma and the occult. ‘Psycho Killer’ Arrives On Digital April 7 From 20th Century Studios; No Physical Release Scheduled

20th Century Studios has announced that they will release the horror-thriller ‘Psycho Killer’ at home on Digital April 7, 2026. No physical release for the film has been set and if that should change we’ll be certain to inform you right away, although with Disney’s release pattern of minimal physical releases and skipping under-performing titles it’s highly likely that the film will not be made available in a physical media release on 4K UHD, Blu-ray or DVD, similar to their release pattern for 2022’s ‘Barbarian’ which is still unavailable in any physical capacity, even more so considering the extremely minimal advertising and box office numbers for this one.
