Lionsgate Limited has announced the 4K debut of the cult classic ‘Repo the Genetic Opera’ directed by Darren Lynn Bousman. The film will be available to own in a 4K Ultra HD Steelbook release with Dolby Vision + Atmos on October 13, 2026 which will be available to purchase exclusively from Lionsgate Limited.
The cult classic is now on 4K for the first time in a stunning remaster approved by director Darren Lynn Bousman. In the not-so-distant future, a worldwide epidemic of organ failures devastates the planet. Out of the tragedy, a savior emerges: GENECO, a biotech company that offers organ transplants…for a price. Those who miss their payments are scheduled for repossession — and hunted by the REPO man.
