Welcome back to another new installment of our weekly ‘CARA/MPA Film Ratings Bulletin’ posts where we keep you apprised of all the newly announced MPA ratings and rating reasons each week courtesy of the official C.A.R.A. Film Rating Bulletin. The new bulletin for this week dated July 2, 2025 features the official MPA ratings and rating reasons for ‘The Fantastic Four: First Steps’, ‘I Know What You Did Last Summer’, ‘Smurfs’, ‘Freakier Friday’ and many more in this week’s sizeable bulletin. You can check out images below for this week’s full new CARA/MPA Film Ratings Bulletin dated 07/02/25 which includes the official MPA ratings and rating reasons for the Matt Shakman directed Marvel Studios movie ‘The Fantastic Four: First Steps‘ starring Pedro Pascal and Vanessa Kirby, along with the the new ‘I Know What You Did Last Summer‘ movie directed by Jennifer Kaytin Robinson and starring Madelyn Cline, Chase Sui Wonders and Jennifer Love Hewitt. Also included is the new animated ‘Smurfs‘ movie directed by Chris Miller and featuring the voices of Rihanna, James Corden and John Goodman, plus the Nisha Ganatra directed Disney sequel ‘Freakier Friday’ starring Jamie Lee Curtis and Lindsay Lohan, and quite a few other new titles in this week’s fairly sizeable bulletin.
