AMC has revealed the SDCC Trailer for ‘The Walking Dead: Dead City’ Season 2 in addition to revealing new cast members for the sophomore season. Also announced was the renewal of ‘The Walking Dead: Daryl Dixon – The Book of Carol’ which will return for Season 3.

As is often the case, San Diego Comic-Con brought some exciting news for fans of AMC’s ‘The Walking Dead’ Universe.

The first news from SDCC today included a Teaser Trailer for ‘Dead City’ Season 2 (which you can watch below) along with new cast additions for the sophomore season which includes Keir Gilchrist, Dascha Polanco, Jake Weary and Pooya Mohseni who will each join the series for the new season.

Also revealed was that ‘Daryl Dixon – The Book of Carol’ has been officially renewed for Season 3 which is expected to see both Norman Reedus and Melissa McBride return in their respective roles. Season 2 of the series is scheduled to debut on AMC and AMC+ September 29 and will see McBride join the series reprising the role of Carol.
