Lionsgate has revealed a first-look image at Tobin Bell’s return as Jigsaw in ‘Saw X’ along with a plot synopsis and a new September premiere date for the latest installment in the popular horror franchise. Continue below to check it all out.

‘Saw X’ is now scheduled to arrive in Theaters on September 29, 2023.

‘Saw X’ is directed by Kevin Greutert who returns to the helm for the franchise. He previously directed Saw VI and Saw 3D. The new installment is once again written by Peter Goldfinger & Josh Stolberg who penned the previous two installments ‘Jigsaw’ and ‘Spiral: From the Book of Saw’. The film is produced by Mark Burg, Oren Koules. The full cast of the film has not yet been revealed aside from Tobin Bell who returns to reprise his role of Jigsaw.

Synopsis: John Kramer (Tobin Bell) is back. The most disturbing installment of the Saw franchise yet explores the untold chapter of Jigsaw’s most personal game. Set between the events of Saw I and II, a sick and desperate John travels to Mexico for a risky and experimental medical procedure in hopes of a miracle cure for his cancer – only to discover the entire operation is a scam to defraud the most vulnerable. Armed with a newfound purpose, the infamous serial killer returns to his work, turning the tables on the con artists in his signature visceral way through devious, deranged, and ingenious traps.
