HBO’s space-trekking comedy ‘Avenue 5’ has reached the end of its journey as HBO has officially cancelled the series after 2 seasons.

The cancellation of ‘Avenue 5’ by HBO arrives just a bit over two months after the show’s 8-episode second season concluded its run on November 28, 2022. The show received a prompt renewal for season 2 which arrived before the debut season concluded its run, but the show didn’t have the same luck this time around. The season 2 finale of ‘Avenue 5’ will now additionally serve as the show’s series finale.
