Welcome back to another new entry of our weekly ‘DEG Watched at Home Top 20’ list posts where we keep you updated with all of the most popular movies and television shows watched at home every week, compiled and released by the Digital Entertainment Group like always.
This week’s new ‘DEG Watched at Home Top 20’ list post for May 26, 2022 (compiled of data for the week ended 5.21.22) once more sees ‘Uncharted‘ staying steady in the top spot, while ‘Morbius’ arrives on the list in second, nudging ‘Spider-Man: No Way Home’ down a couple spots into fourth. ‘Dog‘ holds firmly once again in third, while ‘The Lost City’ slips one place into fifth this week to round out the top five. Spider-Man in Top 3
On this week’s Watched at Home Top 20 Tom Holland actioner Uncharted holds fast in the top spot. Meanwhile Spider-Man: No Way Home is booted out of the top 3 only to be replaced by a fellow Marvel superhero flick, Morbius, which makes its way to No. 2 following its digital release. In other superhero action, The Batman debuts at No. 9. Further down, Downton Abbey makes an appearance at No. 20, riding the wave of momentum from the newly released film in the franchise, and Licorice Pizza returns to the chart at No. 18 following its physical release.
DEG compiles the ‘Watched at Home Top 20’ list with the most widely consumed titles on disc and digital during the previous week (outside subscription-based streaming platforms). Assembled with the newest studio and retailer data every seven days, it showcases current consumer enthusiasm for home viewing of the newest film and television releases.
