Welcome back to another new edition of our weekly ‘DEG Watched at Home Top 20’ list posts where we continue to keep you updated each week with the most popular movies and television shows watched at home, compiled and released by the Digital Entertainment Group like always.
This week’s new ‘DEG Watched at Home Top 20’ list for March 24, 2022 (compiled of data for the week ended 3.19.22) sees the massive blockbuster ‘Spider-Man: No Way Home’ claim the top spot following its Digital debut, while last week’s top title ‘Yellowstone: Season 4’ slips to third. ‘The Matrix Resurrections‘ moves up one spot into second this week, while ‘Sing 2’ drops two places into fourth. ‘House of Gucci‘ also slips one spot to claim fifth this week, rounding out the top five. ‘Spider-Man: No Way Home’ Takes Top Spot; Two More Spider-Man Titles Join Top 20
Spidey slung his web around the Watched at Home Top 20, with newest franchise installment Spider-Man: No Way Home taking the top spot with its release for digital sale and pulling two other Spider-Man titles to the chart with it, Far From Home at No. 16 and an 8-Movie Collection at No. 18. The other new title this week brought a more romantic tone: Jennifer Lopez romcom Marry Me walked up the aisle to No. 14.
DEG compiles the ‘Watched at Home Top 20’ list with the most widely consumed titles on disc and digital during the previous week (outside subscription-based streaming platforms). Assembled with the newest studio and retailer data every seven days, it showcases current consumer enthusiasm for home viewing of the newest film and television releases.
