Welcome back to another new entry of our weekly ‘DEG Watched at Home Top 20’ list posts where we continue to keep you updated with all of the most popular movies and television shows watched at home each week, compiled and released by the Digital Entertainment Group like always.
This week’s new ‘DEG Watched at Home Top 20’ list for January 27, 2022 (compiled of data for the week ended 1.22.22) finds ‘Yellowstone: Season 4’ reclaiming the top spot, up from third last week, while last week’s top title ‘Dune‘ falls one place into second. ‘Ghostbusters: Afterlife’ also falls one spot to take third this week, followed by ‘No Time to Die‘ which improves one spot to claim fourth this week, swapping with ‘Venom: Let There Be Carnage‘ which slips one place into fifth to round out the top five. ‘Yellowstone S4’ Usurps Top Spot,
Pushing ‘Dune’ to No. 2
Yellowstone S4 climbs the ranks again, usurping the No. 1 spot from Dune on this week’s Watched at Home Top 20. Yellowstone S3 and S1 hold fast in the top 10, while Yellowstone S2 sinks down to No. 11. Enthusiasm for your friendly neighborhood Spider-man slows, as the most recent ‘Spider-Man: Far From Home’ drops a spot to No. 12, while ‘Spider-Man: Homecoming’ descends to No. 16. Elsewhere on the chart, No. 7 Addams Family 2 and No. 17 Last Night in Soho move into the Top 20 after their physical disc releases and Resident Evil: Welcome to Raccoon City bows at No. 15.
DEG compiles the ‘Watched at Home Top 20’ list with the most widely consumed titles on disc and digital during the previous week (except for outside subscription-based streaming platforms). Assembled with the newest studio and retailer data every seven days, it showcases current consumer enthusiasm for home viewing of the newest film and television releases.
