Below you can check out the new ‘DEG Watched at Home Top 20 List’ for May 20, 2021 (compiled of data for the week ended 05.15.21) which sees the Liam Neeson led action film ‘The Marksman’ take over the top spot, up from its place in third last week. Meanwhile, last week’s first place title ‘The Little Things’ falls one spot to second as ‘Wonder Woman 1984’ also falls one spot into third this week. Last week’s fourth and fifth place titles also swap spots, with ‘Nomadland’ landing in fourth this week and ‘The Croods: A New Age’ in fifth. This week’s list also sees the DC Animated Movie ‘Justice Society: World War II’ return in sixth and the Tom Hardy led ‘Venom’ makes an appearance in eleventh following the trailer premiere for its sequel. JUSTICE SOCIETY: WORLD WAR II RETURNS AND

THE MARKSMAN MAKES ITS WAY TO NO. 1

ON THIS WEEK’S DEG ‘WATCHED AT HOME TOP 20’

Liam Neeson’s action-thriller The Marksman made its way to No. 1 on this week’s DEG ‘Watched at Home Top 20’, following a May 11 physical release while The Little Things, Wonder Woman 1984The Croods: A New Age, and Nomadland continue their reign in the top 5. The animated film Justice Society: World War II, also with a May 11 physical release, made a return at No. 6 following a two-week absence. This week saw a diverse slate of newcomers including Robin Wright’s feature directorial debut Land at No. 10 and the 2018 sci-fi actioner Venom at No. 11 in advance of Venom: Let There Be Carnage releasing this Fall.
DEG compiles the ‘Watched at Home Top 20’ list with the most widely consumed titles on disc and digital during the previous week (except for outside subscription-based streaming platforms). Assembled with the newest studio and retailer data every seven days, it showcases current consumer enthusiasm for home viewing of the newest film and television releases.
