DEG Watched At Home Top 20 List For 04/15/21: Barb & Star, Wonder Woman 1984 1Welcome back to another new edition of our weekly ‘DEG Watched at Home Top 20 List’ posts where we continue to keep you updated on all of the most popular movies and television shows watched at home each week, compiled and released by the Digital Entertainment Group like always. The new ‘DEG Watched at Home Top 20 List’ for April 15, 2021 (compiled of data for the week ended 04.10.21) sees the top four titles from last week remaining unchanged, with ‘Wonder Woman 1984’ still holding onto first, followed by ‘News of the World’ in second, ‘The Croods: A New Age’ in third and ‘Monster Hunter’ in fourth. Meanwhile, ‘Promising Young Woman’ moved up one spot from its place in sixth last week, up into fifth while last week’s number five title ‘Soul’ fell to ninth. This week’s list also sees a couple of newcomers, including ‘Barb & Star Go To Vista Del Mar’ which debuts on the list at tenth, and the Nicolas Cage starring ‘Willy’s Wonderland’ which hit the list at eleventh. FEMALE BUDDY COMEDY BARB AND STAR GO TO VISTA DEL MAR TRAVELS TO DEG’S ‘WATCHED AT HOME TOP 20’

Barb and Star Go to Vista Del Mar brought their comedic adventures to the No. 10 spot on DEG’s ‘Watched at Home Top 20’ chart for the week ending April 10 after releasing on Blu-ray and DVD April 6. Willy’s Wonderland is also new this week dropping in at No. 11 and Shadow in the Cloud returns at No. 18 in an otherwise steady chart.

DEG compiles the ‘Watched at Home Top 20’ list with the most widely consumed titles on disc and digital during the previous week (except for outside subscription-based streaming platforms). Assembled with the newest studio and retailer data every seven days, it showcases current consumer enthusiasm for home viewing of the newest film and television releases.
