The new class of students at Bayside High won’t be going anywhere soon as Peacock has now officially renewed the ‘Saved by the Bell’ reboot/revival for a second season.

The renewal for a second season of the new ‘Saved by the Bell’ series comes after the first season’s debut in November 2020 landed some welcome attention for the recently launched Peacock streaming service. The second season will again reportedly come with a ten episode season order just like the debut season.

The new ‘Saved by the Bell’ series sees the spoiled kids of Bayside High learning some new life lessons when a low income school closes and many of the students end up a Bayside, shaking up their daily lives. It features a fresh new cast of kids this time around while also starring original series regulars Mario Lopez and Elizabeth Berkley who reprise their respective roles of AC Slater and Jessie Spano. It also features guest appearances by other stars of the original series including Mark-Paul Gosselaar and Tiffani Thiessen, along with more.
