Some fantastic news today for fans of HBO’s new comedy series ‘Avenue 5’ as the premium channel has now officially renewed the space-comedy for a second season.

The renewal for a second season of ‘Avenue 5’ comes approximately halfway into its debut season which is currently airing new episodes on Sunday nights. Created by Armando Iannucci (Veep) and starring Hugh Laurie, Josh Gad and many more, the comedy series focuses on the efforts of a futuristic space crew to keep their passengers in control after an accident sends them terribly off course.
