Epix has now officially renewed their DC series ‘Pennyworth’ for a second season.

The series which was created by Bruno Heller (Gotham) and focuses on the younger days of Alfred Pennyworth (the infamous Wayne Butler portrayed on the series by Jack Bannon) wrapped its debut season in September on Epix. The renewal for a second season also comes with word that the sophomore run will begin shooting early next year.
