Welcome back everyone to another edition of our weekly CARA/MPAA Film Rating Bulletin post, bringing you weekly updates with all of the newly announced official MPAA Ratings and rating reasons courtesy of the official CARA bulletin. This week on the bulletin for January 16, 2019 we have the official ratings and rating reasons for Disney’s Live-Action ‘Dumbo’, ‘What Men Want’, ‘Motherless Brooklyn’, and a number more.
