Some fantastic news today for fellow fans of the popular Starz Original Series ‘Power’ as Starz has announced the season five premiere date in addition to granting the show an early season 6 renewal ahead of the fifth season’s premiere. The fifth season of ‘Power’ will premiere on Starz Sunday, July 1 at 9:PM.

The early renewal for ‘Power’ comes as little surprise considering the show continues to prove itself one of the most popular and success original shows on Starz who previously gave it a two season renewal (renewing it for a fourth and fifth season) last time around.
