Fox has officially renewed ‘The Orville’ for a second season. The latest series from Seth Macfarlane marks the first new network show of the Fall season to be granted a renewal.

While ‘The Orville’ has officially been renewed for a second season, it does appear that Fox nonetheless intends to keep the season one order at the initial 13 episodes.
