Based on the international best-selling novel by Liz Jensen, the mystery surrounding a death-defying young boy will be revealed when The 9th Life of Louis Drax arrives on Blu-ray (plus Digital HD), DVD and Digital HD February 7from Lionsgate. Directed by Alexandre Aja (High Tension,2006’s The Hills Have Eyes) and screenplay by Max Minghella,witness Fifty Shades of Grey’s Jamie Dornan as he uncovers the chilling truth behind the unlucky Louis Drax (Aiden Longworth). Also starring Aaron Paul, The9th Life of Louis Drax Blu-ray and DVD will be available for the suggested retail price of $24.99 and $19.98, respectively.



After surviving eight near-death accidents throughout his unlucky life, Louis Drax (Aiden Longworth) plunges off a steep cliff on his ninth birthday. While police investigate the cause of Louis’s near-fatal fall and the whereabouts of his violent father, Peter (Aaron Paul), acclaimed neurologist Dr. Allan Pascal (Jamie Dornan) uses unorthodox techniques to try to tap into the boy’s unconscious mind and reveal the truth about the events that led to his condition. But as he’s drawn deeper and deeper into the mystery of Louis’s seeming ability to cheat death, the doctor finds himself falling for Louis’s mother, Natalie (Sarah Gadon).
