  1. First, I adore and admire Gary Oldman so very much. From way back when he first played Sid Vicious and Joe Orton back in the 1980s I have seen every film he has been in except this one! For some reason no one would go with me to see it. I read the book (which was very clever) and even though I know what happens I want to see it anyway. Second, I am now a huge Tom Hardy fan (I can’t wait to see ‘Legend’) and he had terrific chemistry with Noomi Rapace in The Drop’ so seeing them again should be great. Also he and Oldman were great in “Tinker,Tailer, Soldier, Spy’; so that makes a cool connection too. AND I really liked Joel Kinnaman in ‘The Killing’ TV show and think that he should do this kind of film instead of dumb superhero films.
