For those who fell behind, or need a refresher course on the events that occured in the first part of ‘Teen Wolf’s’ third season, MTV has announced that they will be airing a full day marathon of the series’ most recent episodes, leading up to the premiere of Season Three’s second half (the split is due to the third season being upgraded to a 24 episode order as opposed to the previous season’s 12 episode orders). New York, NY, (January 2, 2014) – MTV will debut the highly anticipated second half of “Teen Wolf” season three on Monday, January 6, 2014 at 10:00 p.m. ET/PT directly followed by the new half-hour talk show “Wolf Watch” at 11:00 p.m. ET. To get fans revved up before the series premiere, MTV will create a viewing spree by devoting the entire day to a “Teen Wolf” marathon airing the most recent episodes with limited commercial interruption from 4:00p.m. – 10:00p.m. ET sponsored by upcoming release “That Awkward Moment” in theatres January 31st.
The season premiere episode picks up three weeks after saving the lives of their parents, Scott, Stiles and Allison begin to suffer strange side effects from their ritual sacrifice At the same time, the newly enlightened Sheriff Stilinski scours through old cases, reassessing whether each could have had Supernatural causes. Throughout the upcoming season, Scott struggles to find his place as an Alpha, while he, Allison and Stiles begin to experience odd behaviors as a result of reigniting the power within Beacon Hills. They soon discover that the answer to their problems may be found in a new student named Kira (played by Arden Cho), a girl with remarkable powers of her own.

“Wolf Watch” will be hosted by Jill Wagner, who plays “Kate Argent” in “Teen Wolf” and feature guest appearances by Tyler Posey and Dylan O’Brien to discuss the season premiere. Throughout the season, the half-hour talk show will give fans even more insight into the hit series, covering topics ranging from the heavy mythology elements featured in the season, to the steamy romances and hilarious bromances that run rampant between the series’ Supernatural high-schoolers. The series will welcome guest appearances by “Teen Wolf” cast members sharing behind-the-scenes secrets and celebrity super fans will also drop in to get some of the answers viewers crave from week to week.
The first half of season three the show averaged a 2.5 P12-34 rating and 2.8 million total viewers each week, making it the highest-rated and most-watched season to date. The first half of season three also ranked as the #1 program in its time slot each week.
