NBC Pulls ‘1600 Penn’ Next Week In Favor Of An Hour Long ‘The Office’

NBC has issued a press release with an update to their current schedule in which they have pulled next week’s new episode of ‘1600 Penn’ and replaced it with a bonus episode of ‘The Office’.  NBC hasn’t commented on whether this is simply a one week occurrence or if ‘1600 Penn’ is in danger of being pulled permanently.  Continue on after the jump to check out the full press release.

Meanwhile, Rollins (Giddish) is distracted by the sudden appearance of her very troubled sister (guest star Pulsipher). As the detectives work with her to track down the killer, they find themselves drawn into her world and must fight to save her life.
