Synopsis:
From executive producer Snoop Dogg, 1992 is a tense crime-thriller that follows Mercer (Tyrese Gibson) as he desperately tries to rebuild his life and his relationship with his son (Christopher A’mmanuel) amidst the turbulent 1992 L.A. uprising following the Rodney King verdict. Across town, another father and son (Ray Liotta and Scott Eastwood) put their own strained relationship to the test as they plot a dangerous heist from the factory where Mercer works. Universal Pictures Home Entertainment has officially announced and detailed their home entertainment releases of the latest ‘Fast & Furious’ franchise installment ‘The Fate of the Furious’. The latest entry will be available to own early on Digital HD beginning June 27, followed by the 4K Ultra HD, Blu-ray and DVD releases on July 11, 2017. An Extended Director’s Cut will also be available, although it appears to be a Digital exclusive. Universal Pictures has released the first official trailer for the upcoming eighth chapter in the ‘Fast and Furious’ franchise which is now officially titled ‘The Fate of the Furious’ and set to arrive in theaters April, 2017.
