The CW Reveals 2016 Fall Schedule; ‘Supergirl’ Holds Its Previous Monday Slot For 4 Nights Of DC Comics TV & More
Wrapping up the network upfronts and schedule announcements, The CW has now officially announced their 2016 Fall Schedule. The new lineup on The CW stays the same in many ways, with The Flash, Arrow & DC’s Legends of Tomorrow holding their current nights and times, with the addition of ‘Supergirl’ on Monday at 8:PM (the same night and timeslot it held on CBS last season) the network now offers four nights of DC Comics based TV. ‘The Originals’ and a few other shows including the new Archie based ‘Riverdale’ series are being held for mid-season. The CW has now officially announced that all 11 shows currently on its roster this season have been renewed for the 2016-17 TV Season including ‘DC’s Legends of Tomorrow’, The Flash’, ‘Arrow’, ‘Supernatural’ and many more. You can read the full list of renewals below.

Home Entertainment has also sent over a press release officially announcing and detailing the Blu-Ray and DVD releases of ‘The Originals: The Complete Second Season’ which is set to arrive on September 1, 2015, the same day as ‘The Vampire Diaries: Season Six’. After already renewing the bulk of their fall scripted lineup, The CW naturally had to cancel a couple shows as well. The CW has now officially cancelled ‘Hart of Dixie’ along with ‘The Messengers’. 
The CW has now officially renewed the comic book adaption series ‘iZombie’ for a second season.
