Synopsis:

Disney and Lucasfilm have officially announced and detailed their home entertainment releases for the final chapter in the Skywalker Saga. ‘Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker’ will arrive home early on Digital beginning March 17, followed by the 4K Ultra HD, Blu-ray and DVD releases on March 31, 2020. Eight other ‘Star Wars’ films will also be released for the first time on 4K Ultra HD on March 31, making the whole saga available on UHD. Twentieth Century Fox Home Entertainment and Orion have officially announced and detailed their home entertainment releases of the new ‘Child’s Play’ film. The re-imagining will arrive home on Blu-ray and DVD beginning September 24, 2019. Interestingly, no mention of a Digital release or date is mentioned in the press release, more info on that to come when it’s made available.
