Synopsis:
Darkness saturates Gotham in its triumphant second season as the city’s villains continue to rise from the shadows, each more ambitious and depraved than the last. As Penguin continues to solidify his control over Gotham’s underworld, the battle for power in the city has become a game of interesting alliances on both sides of the law – with detectives Jim Gordon and Harvey Bullock at the forefront of the fight against crime in the dangerously corrupt city. Season Two witnesses Gordon’s moral compass wavering as he confronts Gotham City’s most notorious criminals while simultaneously attempting to gain the trust of young Bruce Wayne, a boy now clearly on the path toward the man he is destined to be. And all the while, Gotham follows the intriguing origin stories and evolution of some of the city’s most infamous personalities, including Edward Nygma/The Riddler, Selina Kyle/Catwoman, Hugo Strange and Mr. Freeze. Home Entertainment has now officially announced and detailed the Blu-ray and DVD releases of ‘Gotham: The Complete Second Season’ which are set to arrive home on August 16, 2016. 20th Century Fox Home Entertainment has officially announced and detailed the home entertainment releases of the Academy Award Winning film ‘The Revenant’ which will arrive early on Digital HD March 22, followed by 4K Ultra HD Disc, Blu-ray and DVD on April 19, 2016. 20th Century Fox Home Entertainment has now officially announced and detailed the home entertainment releases of ‘The Peanuts Movie’. The film will arrive early on Digital HD February 12, followed by Blu-ray 3D, Collector’s Edition Blu-ray and DVD arriving on March 8, 2016. 20th Century Fox Home Entertainment has now sent over a press release officially announcing and detailing the home entertainment releases of the ‘Poltergeist’ remake (including an Extended Cut of the film) which is set to arrive home early on Digital HD September 4, followed by Blu-Ray 3D, standard Blu-Ray and DVD releases on September 29, 2015. Fox has now also cancelled the series ‘Backstrom’ after one season. 
Sources are now reporting that Fox has cancelled ‘The Following’ after three seasons, therefore making the May 18 Double episode the Series Finale. 
Fox has now renewed ‘Bones’ for an eleventh season with both Emily Deschanel and David Boreanaz on board (their contracts had expired) and new showrunners. 
Fox has officially cancelled ‘The Mindy Project’ after three seasons, although it appears that may not mean the end of the show just yet with multiple sources also reporting that the show is currently in discussions with Hulu for a potential 2-Season pickup. 
Our apologies for bringing the news to you all a day late, but for fans of ‘The Simpsons’ who may have missed the news, you have cause to raise your glasses like Abe and celebrate as Fox has officially renewed the longest running scripted series on television for both a 27th and 28th season.
