Amazon MGM Studios and Alliance Entertainment have announced their physical home entertainment releases for the sci-fi thriller ‘Mercy’ directed by Timur Bekmambetov and starring Chris Pratt and Rebecca Ferguson. The film will be available to own on 4K Ultra HD, Blu-ray and DVD on April 7, 2026.

March 10, 2026 – New York, NY – Amazon MGM Studios and Alliance Home Entertainment announce the 4K Ultra HD, Blu-ray and DVD release of Mercy, starring Chris Pratt and Rebecca Ferguson.  Bring it home on April 7th.

Mercy follows Detective Chris Raven (Chris Pratt), who stands accused of murdering his wife. On trial before the advanced A.I. Judge (Rebecca Ferguson) he once championed, he has just 90 minutes to convince it that he’s innocent and stave off execution.

Directed by visionary  filmmaker Timur Bekmambetov, Mercy uses the  near-future reality of linked screens and voyeuristic cameras to chilling effect. Detective Raven is not just fighting against the judge – he’s fighting against a surveillance state that has already seen and recorded everything he’s ever done.

The film opened January 23rd in theaters nationwide at #1 at the box office. Mercy was a hit among fans of the genre, receiving 82% on the Rotten Tomatoes Popcornmeter, with verified audience reviews calling it “intense,” “engaging,” and “suspenseful.”

Mercy was directed and produced by Timur Bekmambetov (Wanted, Unfriended) and written by Marco van Belle (Arthur & Merlin). Charles Roven, Robert Amidon, and Majd Nassif also serve as producers with Mark Moran, Todd Williams as executive producers. Mercy stars Chris Pratt (Guardians of the Galaxy), Rebecca Ferguson (Dune), Kali Reis (True Detective), Annabelle Wallis (Malignant), Chris Sullivan (This Is Us), and Kylie Rogers (Yellowstone).
