Happy New Year everyone and welcome to the first 2026 edition of our weekly ‘CARA/MPA Film Ratings Bulletin’ posts where we keep you updated with all of the newly revealed MPA ratings and rating reasons each week courtesy of the official C.A.R.A. Film Rating Bulletin. This week’s bulletin dated January 7, 2026 includes the official MPA ratings and rating reasons for ‘Wuthering Heights’, ’28 Years Later: The Bone Temple’, ‘The Strangers: Chapter 3’ and more. You can view images below for this week’s full new CARA/MPA Film Ratings Bulletin dated 01/07/26 (marking the first bulletin of 2026) which features the official MPA ratings and rating reasons for Emerald Fennell’s adaptation of ‘Wuthering Heights’ starring Margot Robbie and Jacob Elordi, along with the Nia DaCosta directed franchise follow-up ’28 Years Later: The Bone Temple’ starring Ralph Fiennes and Jack O’Connell. Also included is the final chapter in the Renny Harlin directed horror trilogy ‘The Strangers: Chapter 3’ starring Madelaine Petsch and Richard Brake, in addition to some other new titles.
