Film Rating Bulletin. The new bulletin this week dated July 23, 2025 includes the official MPA ratings and rating reasons for ‘The Naked Gun’, ‘The RIP’, ‘Downton Abbey: The Grand Finale’ and more. You can view images below for this week’s full new CARA/MPA Film Ratings Bulletin dated 07/23/25 which features the official MPA ratings and rating reasons for the new ‘The Naked Gun’ movie directed by Akiva Schaffer and starring Liam Neeson, along with the Joe Carnahan directed crime-drama ‘The RIP’ starring Ben Affleck and Matt Damon. Also included is the Simon Curtis directed franchise sendoff ‘Downton Abbey: The Grand Finale’ starring Hugh Bonneville and Jim Carter, plus quite a few other new titles.
