Paramount Home Entertainment has officially announced and detailed their physical releases for ‘Yellowstone Season 5 – Part 2’. The final six episodes of the season will be available to own on Blu-ray and DVD with new extras beginning May 27, 2025.

The three-disc set includes the last six episodes of Season 5, plus 10 featurettes, including three exclusive to DVD and Blu-ray™ with never-before-seen bonus content and interviews, allowing fans to relive moments from YELLOWSTONE past and present, to enjoy stunning imagery of the show from unit photographer Emerson Miller, and to take a tour of Chief Joseph Ranch, the real-life setting for the iconic Dutton family home.

SYNOPSIS

YELLOWSTONE chronicles the Dutton family, who controls the largest contiguous cattle ranch in the United States. Amid shifting alliances, unsolved murders, open wounds, and hard-earned respect – the ranch is in constant conflict with those it borders – an expanding town, an Indian reservation, and America’s first national park.
