Paramount Home Entertainment has officially announced their physical release for last year’s new ‘Beavis and Butt-Head’ series and original movie. ‘Beavis and Butt-Head: Season One’ and ‘Beavis and Butt-Head Do The Universe’ will both arrive home together in one new DVD release available on March 14, 2023. Very odd, I’m not sure what happened with this release. I looked around after seeing the comments but I can’t find it anywhere now, even the amazon page for it is mysteriously gone. I’ll try reaching out to some people involved and see if I can find any answers about what happened.

Unfortunately, I’ve heard back about this one and have been informed that Paramount has scrapped the release, it will no longer be coming out. No reason or explanation as to why was provided. Sorry for the bad news everyone.
This really sucks, I wanted to buy it. Call me old fashioned but I still like having the physical copy of things.
They want your money for multiple subscription services just to watch which program you like. They can’t rip people off through cable as much now,so they’re getting you this way. Instead of paying $160 a month for cable, now they’ll get you to pay $300 a month for 15 different subscriptions just to watch what you want. It’s not worth the money or the time.
I refuse to support streaming platforms, so the only way they’ll get my money is with a physical release. If they don’t want to give us a physical release, I guess they don’t want my money.

I wish I never knew about this news because now I have to live knowing the fact that there will never be a physical release of both the first season of the 2022 series and movie in an epic physical release DVD that would have blown my mind away. Truly saddening and devastating news. I guess the world isn’t what it used to be anymore. Companies bring up our hopes only to shatter them with devastating news like this.

how is that a reason to keep a show on the air … their is only so many spots that can be filled profit keeps shows on the air not you and your bf laughing also mike judge the creator is reviving king of the hill now and that series is more popular i like beavis and butthead more but mike is going for profit like any business would
It was renewed for season 3. It is not canceled. It was moved to Comedy central and available for next day viewing. It won’t air until 2025. Seasons 3 probably was delayed because of the writer’s and actor’s strike in 2023.
I think a few people are simply confused; the series itself is definitely not cancelled, just this particular physical DVD release was.
