It came down to the last minute, but ABC has now officially renewed ‘Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.’ for a sixth season set to air during the 2018-19 season which sources report will consist of a shortened 13 episode order this time around.

The renewal from ABC follows the recently announced cancellations of ‘Marvel’s Inhumans’ and a number of other shows.
