After the recent resolution to the contractual issues regarding Emmy Rossum’s higher pay demands, Showtime has officially given the green light to season 8 of their hit series ‘Shameless’.

On the heels of the series’ seventh season finale which aired last night on Showtime, fans can rest easy as the series has now been officially renewed for an eighth season.
